• As we all know the current situation of this world . Whole world is fighting a war against a microscopic virus . But the biggest problem is that we don't have any weapons against it , we don't have any vaccine for it. Doctors are trying their best but all their efforts are just experiments on the body, no one is 100% sure about the exact cure.
• You can see the irresponsibility of our citizens also, they are roaming outside without any emergency, they are enjoying hotels' food. Cases are rising day by day . Peoples are thinking that this unlock 1.0 is a freedom for them but they forget that malls and hostels are unlocked due to economics crises.
• So the question is how to save yourself from this deadly virus. The age-old adage of 'PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE' holds true here also. For fighting this virus , the only weapon we have is our immunity . And here are some list of the food which boosts our immunity .
☆ CITRUS FRUITS: They provide vitamin C to your body which increases the production of WBC (White blood cell) . WBC are the soldiers of our body.
> Grape fruit
> Orange
> Lemon
☆ RED BELL PEPPER(LAAL SIMPLA MIRCH): It boosts your immunity, have 3 times more vitamin C than citrus fruits , and contain vitamin A.
☆ BROCCOLI: It is supercharged with minerals and vitamins. Packed with vitamin A , C and E as well as fibers and many other antioxidants. It is the healthiest green vegetable.
• These are some food which helps you to fight this virus , and if an Indian mother is reading this do I even need to mention the advantages of these food items?? According to my mom if I eat these things my life will we sorted whatever the condition is . Whatever the disease you have your mother will give you "HARDI WALA DHUDH" ( Turmeric Milk) and we consider it as old , superstitious culture. But this is the reality that indian women have knowledge of this more than any doctor. So listen to them and try not to leave your home at any condition . Otherwise heaven is full and I don't know about hell.
Stay home stay safe
