HISTORY  AND EXPANSION:

•The company was incorporated on 29 December 1945 in Amalner, Maharashtra by Mohamed Premji as "Western India Palm Refined Oil Limited", later abbreviated to "Wipro".

• It was initially set up as a manufacturer of vegetable and refined oils o in Amalner, Maharashtra, British India, under the trade names of Kisan, Sunflower, and Camel.

•In 1966, after Mohamed Premji's death, his son AZIM PREMJI took over Wipro as its Chairman at the age of 21.He is currently the tenth richest person in India with an estimated net worth of US$7.2 billion as of October 2019. In 2013, he agreed to give away at least half of his wealth by signing THE GIVING PLEDGE Premji started with a $2.2 billion donation to the Azim Premji Foundation, focused on education in India. He even received Padma Bhushan in 2005.

•WIPRO expanded drastically. It not only captured indian markets but international markets too!! 
•WIPRO has marketed in over 60+ countries and it's 51% of Business is generated outside India.It has over 30+ leading brands and over 8 R&D centres. It has presence over 18 countries and has 16 manufacturing facilities!!!

Have good and smart EMPLOYEES. Don't hire smart people so that they do what you say! Hire smart people so that they tell you what to do!

Don't restrict or attach yourself to a particular place, city or county. Expand your business so that you can find an appropriate market for yourself.

9. BE IN EMERGING INDUSTRIES

If you are doing outdated Business then you are going completely in a wrong way. Be in emerging BUSINESS.

10. BE A GOOD LEADER YOURSELF

Your employees dont follow your orders they imitate you. If you yourself are not a good leader that is where your downfall initiates. Be a LEADER not a BOSS.
