The company was started in 1824 by a young Quaker, John Cadbury who started the business as tea ,coffee and chocolate drink seller . Later he realised that everyone is more found of his chocolate drink rather than tea or coffee. He started focusing on his chocolate drink and came up with more flavours of it in the menu. He named it Cadbury chocolate drink. Within couple of years it became famous in nearby areas.
In 1847 John with his brother Beinjamin open a huge factory in Bridge Street.
We all know that Cadbury is known for its great quality ,Queen Victoria in 1854 gave the company Royal Warrant which is given only to those company that has best quality products. With the passage of time it became famous in Britain ,then rest is history.

Today the company is owned by Mondelez International.
It is the second largest confectionery brand in the world after Mars. It is fomous for its Dairy Milk chocolate, the Creme Egg and Roses selection box, and many other confectionery products.
The key reason behind Cadburys success is the company’s enduring and sustained key product lines such as Cadburys Milk Tray , famous advertisements that have spanned numerous decades and been viewed by more than one generation of consumer.
Another reason for Cadburys continued growth and progression has been its success in entering other aspects of the confectionary market.

1. Survive: If u you have started a company it's important to survive in the market (I.e. to face the competition).
2. Increase productivity with quality: When the company is able to sustain well than you should increase the production to fulfill the demand. Also u should enhance the quality of the product.
3. Research and development: No matter how huge ur firm is, but you should always continue the research and the experiements for the development of the firm.
4. High quality and less price: Never compromise with the quality of the product. Also, to keep the price according the target market.
5. Diversify with variety: It's very important to diversify the product's variety to keep the consumer attracted and loyal towards the firm.
