Reverse Waterfall - Mousmi Shrivastava

The Earth is a combination of mysteries,  beauty and science. One such combination is reverse waterfall. 

 What is reverse waterfall ?
• It is a natural phenomenon occurs when high winds hit the area and updraft force the water to blow back upstream resulting in reverse waterfall.  

MISCONCEPTION: IT DEFIES GRAVITY 
• No, it is a simple waterfall which flows upward due to high wind speed. 

Where it is located? 
Many of us have a dream to go abroad and enjoy the beauty of this world but we forget to start this from our own country.  This reverse waterfall (height:2000 ft) is located at Naneghat 129km from Pune and 165 km from Mumbai.  

So still planning for America,  France...? Give a visit to your own country and it will teach you life lesson . The more you explore your country the more you will fall for it and appreciate its beauty.
