Basics of Share market - by kalindi chokshi and Drashti Panjrolia

WANT TO OWN A COMPANY WITHOUT ACTUALLY BEING A ENTREPRENEUR??

You might have heard of share market but you think its not safe to invest in share market. But remember "risk comes from not knowing what you are doing" First learn about share market investments and analyse a business completely and NEVER TRADE ON TIPS

WHY BUY SHARES AND WHAT IS A SHARE?

How would you feel if u buy a tata's product and you are the owner????? Seems impossible?? Well definitely not. If you buy shares of tata company you can become the owner of the company!!! A company can raise money through debt capital and owner /equity capital. It issues a share in ownership known as share.

 PAISE MILEGE KYA??

Well. You can earn through share market by

1. CAPITAL APPRECIATION
Ever wondered what CNBC shows whole day? Those red and green numbers? What are they? Well they are the capital appreciation. That is performance of top companies in india and fluctuations in share value can earn you profits! Buy at low and sell at high!!!
2. DIVIDENDS ( Paisa hi paisa hoga😁)
You are the owner..dont you think you deserve respect and profits? That part of profits is nothing but dividends.

Well some people confuse share market with gambling but let me tell you it a legal regulated body by SEBI (securities exchange board of india) and it is not gambling or anything illegal at all!!

WHAT IS SHARE MARKET?

To understand what is share market we first of all have to know what is a share? Share represents a unit of ownership of a company from where you have bought it.
Share market is a platform for investment (i.e. plateform where u can buy and sell shares of different companies).
